Storagewall Installation With Personal Lockers

SwimTrek were recommended to Aerofoil Design to design and supply a storagewall and personal locker solution for their new office on Brighton seafront.

With the building several months from completion, and following an on-site meeting and phone consultations, we submitted several furniture designs aiming to include SwimTrek's many special requirements. Following many discussions and email exchanges, the designs evolved.

With our initial product recommendations exceeding their budget, we concluded that we would design our own solution in order to include as many requirements as possible. So working closely with one of our manufacturers, we customised some of their standard products and added our own special designs to provide this superb solution.

High Level Cupboards For Extra Storage

SwimTrek require lots of cupboard space so we designed some special upper cupboards to maximise the available space. Most of these sit on the lockers and lower cupboards for support, but the left hand upper cupboard has been designed to hang on the wall, leaving a void below. This was a Customer requirement as they will place a dryer underneath, for drying swimwear etc.

Special Open Cupboards

The customer required two rows of open garment hanging space, whilst the slimline cupboard on the left was designed to house a water-cooler with the cupboard back cut to accommodate the pipe connections.

Storage Wall Cupboard View

The special cupboard to the left of the lockers was designed and produced with a back panel only where you see the printer. Behind the upper doors lives the Server and IT rack, with Switch and all cabling. The front door was fitted with grilles to aid airflow whilst there is no back panel in this section.

Behind the lower doors, again there is no back panel, as there is an electrical consumer unit.

Lockers were supplied with mastered camlocks and keys, which is the cheapest option, however we can also supply mechanical or digital combination locks.
