Assmann Antaro Workstations and Intavis Bookcases
Assmann's Antaro corner workstation was proposed, with an additional rectangular desk alongside it. This is attached to the corner desk frame, and shares the legs, both reducing cost and maximising clear space underneath.
The tops are compact solid core laminate, not melamine faced chipboard, and these offer an extremely strong and thin worksurface. The legs are black painted with polished aluminium height adjustable foot section and top leg detail.
It is a very modern, slimline workstation.
3D Rendered Images Of The Home Office Design
Aerofoil Design uses the latest 3D CAD planning software to design and render images of how the home office space would look.
The customer's home has a beech wood effect floor so choosing wood effect tops would result in clashes. The use of clean grey/ white tops with slate contrast panels created the desired look.
The customer owned a maple effect pedestal drawer unit and was considering keeping it, so we included this in the rendered image so that he could visualise it. Having seen it, it was decided to order a new grey /white pedestal to match.
Expert Installation of Home Office Furniture
In common with many homes, the walls on this stylish apartment were not square. If a standard installation was carried out on the desks, unsightly gaps would be left behind one edge of the desk top. It is possible to scribe (cut) the back edge to suit the wall, but then the desk would be ruined if moved to a new location.
Instead, a small desk extension top was supplied which was scribed to suit the wall angle and attached by brackets. Should the desk be relocated, it remains perfect.
