White Desk Bench Arrangement
Wilkinson Grant in Exeter, desired the look of streamlined office bench desks for their new offices and contacted Aerofoil Design with their enquiry.
After discussion and consultation with Jeff Nurse they realised they that they also wanted to retain the flexibility of individual desks in case circumstances changed.in the future.
Some bench desk systems can offer this facility, but generally not at the lower - medium part of the market, so a hybrid Qore Office desk solution was proposed where individual desks shared the central recessed legs.
White Desks With Shared Legs
White Qore Office Desks were specified with Full End Panels at the ends of the clusters, as requested, to create a more enclosed feel in the walkways. This also tends to hide what is under the desks. Generally bench desks don't have or require modesty panels, but as these are individual desks, they do in this case, and this also aides the rigity of the desk clusters.
In order to reduce cost and increase space, the Desks share central legs which are recessed to allow better clearance at the front. Should circumstances change, the Customer just needs to buy a few end legs and the whole cluster can be split into individual desks.
The desks are fitted with CPU brackets to support computer tower units under the worksurfaces. These are not Qore units, as we prefer the style and quality of these brackets from a European supplier of ours.
